Betty, the founder of Top Tier Partners, joined forces with MLC in 2018 and became a Managing Partner. She is a highly skilled lawyer who specializes in litigation and commercial disputes, possessing extensive knowledge of both Rwandan and international law. Her peers regard her as a formidable figure in litigation, and she is a member of both the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society. Betty’s areas of expertise include complex commercial, criminal, and family litigation, as well as employment disputes, property transfers, mediation, and negotiation. Before founding Top Tier Partners in 2017, Betty served as a prosecutor with the United Nations International Criminal Court of Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania, and also worked as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Infrastructure.
