Stephen is a highly respected figure in the field of taxation in Rwanda. Before establishing Millennium Law Chambers, he held several integral positions in the Rwanda Revenue Authority, including State Attorney and Head of the Taxpayer Education Department. Stephen also served as a legal officer for the Rwanda Social Security Board. His expertise in commercial disputes, such as director’s disputes, shareholder remedies, partnership issues, and mergers and acquisitions, is widely recognized. Stephen also provides assistance to both employers and employees with employment-related disputes. His exceptional attention to detail, legal expertise, and sense of humor have earned him numerous referrals. Stephen is a member of both the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society.
